merchandise. Please read our fulfillment policy carefully to understand how we process, package,
and ship your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed,
including details of your purchase.
Shipping
- Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options at checkout, including standard and
expedited shipping. Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method.
- Shipping Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic: 3-7 business days
- International: 10-21 business days
- Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier
issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customs and Duties
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the
responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's regulations before placing an order.

Order Changes & Cancellations
- Changes: Requests to modify an order (e.g., address changes) must be made within 24 hours of
placing the order.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period,
cancellations may not be possible as the order may have already been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that
arrive damaged or defective.
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at
SavannahAlexandraA@gmail.com. Include photos of the damage or defect for review.
- Resolution: Upon approval, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Return shipping
costs may be covered on a case-by-case basis.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected
delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
Please note that tracking may not always be available for all shipments, depending on the shipping
